What is Graco BlueLink?

Graco BlueLink is a Bluetooth pairing of Graco sprayers with a free mobile app. The BlueLink system provides real-time jobsite and sprayer information including pressure and running total. Track your Graco sprayer and perform basic operations remotely. It is available in 9 languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean.

The Graco BlueLink system provides the follow features:

Tracks every Airless sprayer connected to the application so that you know the exact location of the machine.
Tracks pressure readout and running volume (gallons / litres)
Remotely turn on/off the Watchdog function
Schedule maintenance based on usage
Receive alerts on pre-determined parameters
Serves as an aid to calculate true running costs and help with business decisions
Access to Graco product information

Available in 9 languages: including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean.

Graco BlueLink basic setup

Connect your Graco sprayer (Step 5.)

turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device
login into the BlueLink application as a guest or registered user (more features available)
turn on your Airless sprayer (blue light flashes)
the application automatically finds all BlueLink sprayers connected within 7,5m (25 feet)
choose your desired sprayer and press “connect”

The blue light on the sprayer will remain solid while the machine is connected to the app.

Ensure you are standing within 7,5m (25 feet) when connecting your Airless sprayer to the mobile application.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled (switched on)

If your sprayer is already switched on and the blue light is solid, but you are unable to connect to the sprayer using your mobile device, it is likely the sprayer is already connected to another device. In this case, you will need to switch off the sprayer, then switch it on again to reset the BlueLink system on your device. Check your application again if your sprayer becomes visible in the “NEARBY” section.

Guest user versus registered user

Basic features are available immediately using a Guest User account. Jobs tab functions and Maintenance tab functions are only available to Registered Users. Create an account, to become a registered user.
