What is Graco Endurance Vortex?
Graco Endurance Vortex is a new feature on the piston pump range from the company Graco, that has a helical design that pushes fluid through over-sized passages forcing a high-velocity flow to rotate the pump rod (piston) as you spray. This produces a more even loading that reduces wear and tear on the pump thus increasing life span.

How long do the NEW Graco Endurance pumps last for?
Graco Endurance, Graco Endurance Vortex MaxLife and Endurance Vortex MaxLife Extreme
Graco states the following about their new pump range. The Endurance pump lasts 2 times longer than competitor pumps. The Endurance Vortex MaxLife lasts 6 times longer than their Endurance pump. The Endurance Vortex MaxLife Extreme extends pump rod life of 18 times the Endurance pump (3 times that of the Endurance Vortex Maxlife). To put that in perspective. If you were changing the pump every 6 to 9 months due to a worn out pump rod. The Endurance Vortex MaxLife Extreme would not give you an issue with the pump rod for 10 years!
Endurance Vortex MaxLife pumps all come with the PRO CONNECT 2 feature
This allows you to change and replace pumps without any tools on the job site.
QuikPak
Graco also introduced the cartridge repair system “QuikPak” which allows you to re-pack the pump in under 2 minutes.
