Ease of Maintenance

Compared to the NXT valve, the air motor has 50% fewer parts, making maintenance and troubleshooting easier. All motor components are easy to service and require simple maintenance.

Reduced Risk of Icing

The valves are installed separately and isolated from the motor castings, parts that typically drop below the freezing point. These improvements effectively eliminate the risk of valve freezing, which can cause an immediate machine motor shutdown. The potential for icing is thus reduced by up to 70%.

Fewer Pulsations

Since the air displacement of the air valve has increased by 145% with the pump improvements, you will experience a faster and smoother changeover. “Decompression” of the spray is eliminated, which is noticeable in terms of pulsations.
