The training took place on site at the customer’s branch in Rostock, and was given to three employees over the course of one day. Application of the Graco LineLazer V 200 HS

Our customer has purchased the Graco LineLazer V 200 HS for spraying temporary 1K yellow markings on national road and motorway construction sites. The marking machine can also be used to mark car parks. In addition to the pneumatic application of beads, a special feature of the V 200 HS is that it can be fitted with two spray guns to mark double lines, hard shoulder strips or pedestrian crossings up to 50 cm wide.

As well as automating the lines, the customer wanted an important equipment feature: pressurised spraying. In contrast to gravitational bead sprinkling, here the glass beads are deposited on the wet marking paint using compressed air.

In the field, customers will use the Graco LineLazer V 200 HS with an existing LineDriver to mark larger sections economically.
