The Graco Mark XV XT ProContractor (ref. 18H405) is the 220–240 V version of the most powerful portable electric airless sprayer in Graco’s XT range. Built for demanding job sites and high flow rates, it features a reinforced displacement pump, a high-power motor, and the Smart Control XT electronic control system with digital display.

Complete repair kit

For a full overhaul of the 2015687 lower pump section, Graco recommends the 17H844 repair kit (ceramic balls).

Good to know

• Items 4, 8, 18, 19, 23, 24, 29, 31 and 32 (packings, packing glands, and seals) do not have an individual reference for this model: they are supplied in the packing kit under item 3.
• Only two parts distinguish the 2015687 (Pro) from the 2015686 (Standard): the cylinder liner (item 20) and the piston rod (item 22).
• Torque for the intake valve on the cylinder: 200 ± 15 ft-lb (approx. 271 N·m).
• Torque for the packing nut: 140 ± 10 in-lb (15.8 ± 1.1 N·m).
• Maximum working pressure of the XT lower pump section: 227 bar (22.7 MPa).
• Before any servicing, always follow the pressure relief procedure described in the Graco manual.

Filter housing spare parts

The primary filter is the most heavily used wear part on the Mark XV. As standard, the 18H405 is fitted with a 60 mesh filter (ref. 244067); 30, 100, and 200 mesh filters are also available depending on the finish quality required and the viscosity of the material being applied.

The Graco manual also lists a filter cap (qty 1) at item 27, with no associated part number. For the 3/8 npt elbow fitting (item 69), the manual only lists the variants for 695/795/1095 (20B233) and Mark IV/Mark V/Mark VII (122533): please contact us for confirmation before ordering.

Digital display spare parts

The 18H405 is equipped with the Smart Control XT module with BlueLink connectivity (ref. 20B432).

Gun and hose spare parts

The Mark XV runs on 1/2 inch: a 15 m (50 ft) main hose in 1/2 in. and a 3.35 m (11 ft) whip hose in 3/8 in. Do not replace these hoses with smaller-diameter sections, as the pressure drop would cancel out the 10.6 l/min (2.8 gpm) flow rate.

Power cord spare parts

Manual X011699 lists around fifteen power cords depending on voltage and destination country. For the 18H405 (220–240 V), only one reference applies: 2003259.
