1. What is it?

The Graco XTR 5 Plus (XTR520) and XTR 7 Plus (XTR720) are high-pressure airless spray guns designed to withstand extreme conditions.

• XTR 5 Plus : operation up to 345 bar (5,000 psi)

• XTR 7 Plus : operation up to 500 bar (7,500 psi)

These guns are fitted with XHD nozzles and supplied with insulated fittings and handles.

• Wetted components: aluminium, stainless steel, acetal, polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, carbide, polyurethane, solvent-resistant O-rings.

a) Preparation and settings

• Maximum recommended nozzle size:

  • XTR 5 Plus – up to 0.027″ (large flow rates)

  • XTR 7 Plus – up to 0.031″ (very thick and fast-setting materials)

• Adjust pressure to suit site requirements to ensure good atomisation

b) Maintenance

• Systematic cleaning after each use, particularly when aggressive paints are used

• Regularly check seals, springs and especially filters to ensure long service life
