Instructions for repair & maintenance of the Wagner XVLP spray attachments & front-ends
1. Unscrew the handles with a TORX screwdriver and remove them
TORX screw-wrench – Wagner Article number: 2388754
2. Carefully pull out the trigger pin (cylinderical metal piece)
3. Twist the nozzle cover to remove it
4. Remove the needle with the spring and clean or replace them

Tip: Press the needle with the nozzle back inside and ensure the needle is positioned correctly. Place the needle with the help of the nozzle so that you can see through it.
