With the ThermoLazer line marking system, Graco has launched devices for thermoplastic line marking as well as floor marking. The Graco ThermoLazer 200TC is the smallest model in the range, followed by the Graco ThermoLazer ProMelt and the ThermoLazer 300TC.

Easy-to-fill cylindrical tank for precise heating of thermoplastic material. The special design, which doesn’t require a mould change, means you can quickly switch from one colour to another. - 18 kg glass bead tank
Perfectly matched to the material tank with flow design. - Direct heating system
Direct flames and a manual burner provide maximum heat and therefore maximum material throughput. - Three-wheel system
Two massive front wheels and one massive rear wheel ensure smooth, quiet operation. - Adjustable front pointer
Adapts to all sizes of caster to follow all markings and draw straight lines. - Glass bead spreader
A 30 cm bead spreader can be made smaller in 2.5 cm steps.

Graco FlexDie system
The Graco FlexDie system for the ThermoLazer 200TC offers very good line quality thanks to the special all-steel casting device, which can be replaced without tools. The ThermoLazer 200TC is supplied WITHOUT FlexDie. We have listed all the options for single and double lines in the table below. As the traction shoe has an influence on the width of the lines, it is absolutely essential to make the right choice for any project.
