Ultra Max II 650 PC Pro - Lightweight Power from Graco

With the Graco Ultra Max II 650 PC Pro, the manufacturer expands its range from January 2020 with a light and powerful Airless paint sprayer. The performance features of the 650 lie between the Graco St Max II 595 PC Pro and the Graco Ultra Max II 695. This 650 model is intended to close the gap between these two models and focuses on performance, lighter weight and simplicity in construction and operation. Two model variants are available for the market launch, the Hi-Boy is the variant on a high trolley and with rigid suction. The smaller Lo-Boy version takes up less space and is available on a shortened trolley and with a flexible suction hose.

Application areas of the Graco Ultra Max II 650

This Airless sprayer is a compact all-rounder that offers a lot while being quite light. With a 34 kg weight compared to s 3 liters delivery rate and a 0.029 max nozzle size. This enables easy transport, even if you are traveling alone on the construction site. The performance specifications of the Airless device are sufficient to process primer, paint, glaze, latex, emulsion paint inside and outside, silicate paint, fabric adhesive and roof coating paint. This means that sprayers can be used to handle private and commercial projects from apartments, single-family homes to office buildings and warehouses.

Technical specifications

A direct comparison of the technical data of the Hi-Boy and Lo-Boy versions of the Graco Ultra Max II 650 PC Pro shows only slight differences. The maximum delivery rate and the maximum nozzle size are the same for both sprayers. The maximum working pressure for both paint sprayers is 227 bar. The weight differs by one kilo, but the dimensions show clear differences.

Hi boy or Lo boy? Which version is the right one for me?

As the comparison of the technical data shows, the models are the same in performance. Minimal differences in weight. But the dimensions differ more clearly. The Graco Ultra Max II 650 PC Pro Lo-Boy is significantly more compact and flatter. If you have little space in the van or want to transport the paint sprayer in a smaller vehicle, there are some advantages here. The two versions also differ in the intake, Hi-Boy with rigid intake made of metal and aluminum. The sprayer is tilted slightly backwards and the suction pipe is positioned in the paint bucket. The Lo-Boy version comes with a flexible suction hose that can easily be hung in the paint bucket.
